Here's a little bit about me:
I am a qualified psychotherapist and am an accredited member of the BABCP.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist I worked in a senior position as a mental health nurse and am a registered member of the NMC.
I have had over a decade of working therapeutically in the NHS and currently run my own practice.
What is therapy?
Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore and examine your life and inner world. You may have something in mind that you perhaps whish to explore, equally you may not and have a keen vision of open exploration. Whatever the reason you wish to start your journey into therapy, it is a good one. Therapy is for everyone.
Self-esteem & Confidence
Everything you bring to therapy is important and will be treated confidentially. Each appointment lasts for 50 minutes and is held online. The cost per session is £60, however I believe therapy should be for everyone, please enquire about reduced rates.
